Checking out the Equipment
- Create a Google calendar event
- Give the event a title, then click "More options"
- click "Rooms" next to the "Guests" area
- Type in some characters that appear in your target resource’s description (e.g., “109” or “laptop” or “Cooke”)
- When the resource shows up, click "Add"
- Make any other changes you'd like and save the event
