Archiving Course Materials

Instructors are required to centrally archive a course syllabus each semester via the Syllabus Upload and Archiving Tool or by emailing materials to [email protected].

Instructors who do not utilize Canvas for recording grades/attendance must also centrally archive these course records each semester via the Grading Record Archiving Tool and/or the Attendance Record Archiving Tool, or by emailing materials to [email protected].

Instructors are required to be diligent in keeping class and grading records. This information becomes very useful in instances in which, for example, a student has questions regarding their grade, submits a grievance, or disputes a grade. See Grade Reporting for additional actions that need to be taken once the course has concluded.

Graded course materials should be archived with the School of Kinesiology’s Curriculum and Scheduling Administrator.
