Reporting Grades

University policy states that all grades must be formally submitted online within three business days of the last day of final exams scheduled for that term.  For A/B-Term classes, grades are due three business days following the end of the term.

When reporting an F or N grade, it is very important to enter the last day the student participated in class and whether or not they completed the course final exam or project in the grading queue.

It is possible to change a grade after submitting a formal grade for a student. Instructors need to provide a rationale in the grading system and it is best practice to inform the student of the grade revision.
